What a day to play!

It was in beautiful day in NYC today. There was no that Maddy & I were going to waste it by staying inside. So we put on our sunblock & headed out to the park. Halfway over there Madelyn rubbed her eyes and got sunblock in them. Poor girl. Luckily I washed them out fast enough and she was able to have a good time at the park.

Madelyn played in sand for the first time. She was very intrigued by it. She would pick up a handful, let it drop, & then repeat the process. I also saw her chewing on something, I didn't see any sand on her face (because she wasn't eating it), so I had no idea what it was. I put my finger in there and pulled out two tiny pebbles. Silly girl, we don't eat rocks...
