I filled up the entire tub with water and then put Maddy into it. At first she was very hesitant to be floating in the water but after awhile she really liked it. It was so cute!

My dad came to visit this week and Maddy chose this week to get croup. I spent the entire week indoors fretting about my sick baby. This picture is funny because Maddy looks enormous! LOL.
Maddy was sooo sick. All week long she just wanted to be cuddled. So sad!

Back to sick Maddy. I am glad my dad was here the week she decided to get croup. He saved me from crying my eyes out and going to the emergency room every five minutes. Thanks Dad!

I didn't realize just how exhausting a sick baby can be! In addition, I think that I have created a sleeping monster. Since she became sick she started waking up every two hours at night to cough and nurse. I allowed her this luxury because she felt so horrible. But I am worried because she is still doing this and she is feeling much better (the croup cough is gone, the fever is gone, the runny nose is gone... the only thing that remains is the flem cough). I hate getting her back into a normal sleep schedule because it means lots and lots of crying!
She is getting so big!! But so sad she got sick :-(
She is so expressive with her eyes! I'm sorry she got sick last week. That's no fun, but great that your dad was here to help out:)
