The other day at preschool, Madelyn's friend didn't want to share. Madelyn was across the room and saw the interchange between her two buddies. She walked over and said, "Rowan, look at me. Share. You need to be nice" It was the way that she said it that was so cute, she was so calm, collected, and very serious. You can tell what I say to her nearly every day.

Last night, Dan was watching the news. I paused it as she was saying good night to him, then I picked her up to head upstairs. She looked at me with concern in her eyes, "Mommy, can you turn the TV back on for Daddy?" It was cute.

This morning I asked Madelyn if she wanted to take a shower. She said, "no, I don't want to take a shower. You take a shower, you stinky." Thanks kid... thanks.
