Cute way of putting it, it made me laugh and all but um, HELLO!! I thought we were doing this together!! Maddy must have known that all along and she was just making sure you waited until Sheldy was back. ;) j/k By the way, I totally agree that it's ok to stop and re-evaluate and wait until you are both ready, it's not failing or anything like that, it's just life with these crazy kids!
I loved scrolling down to see all the underwear-- :) I am so sorry it didn't work out for you or Maddy. I feel a little responsible some how. Who would have thought? Maddy's probably the type who will one day walk up to you and say, "Mommy, I don't want a diaper anymore." And be potty-trained from that moment. Here's to self-empowered women who take control!

Why did you buy all boy underwear? Maybe if you try princess underwear you'll have better luck?!
I'm so dreading training Tyler, so I'm just ignoring the fact that I need to do it. Ben was SO HARD, we STILL have our hard days.

I let Maddy choose which underwear she wanted. She has never seen a princess show so naturally Lightening McQueen won out.
Good luck!! Of all the motherly duties, potty training is one of the ones I HATE!! Hopefully it'll be quick and fairly painless.
