Tonight we had corn-on-the-cob for dinner. I was certain Madelyn wouldn't be able to eat it so I gave her pre-cut corn. She refused to eat the pre-cut stuff and kept begging for a cob. I finally gave it to her and she ate the entire thing! I can't tell you how much I enjoyed watching the three of us eating the corn together (butter dripping, loud crunching, etc.) Even mundane everyday rituals become adorable when Madelyn is involved.
I recently bought Madelyn a ballerina outfit. I make her wear it all of the time. Who wouldn't when this is the end product?!
When Maddy is done bathing she stands up, brings her hands up, and says "all done." I caught her in the act the other night. So cute!
Madelyn is such a picky eater. Often the only way to get food in her is to get Sheldon (the cutest human garbage disposal) to eat with her. The outcome is almost always a feeding frenzy. They are both so worried that the other one is going to get more that they shove food into their mouths. This is one of those occasions. We did get them to take a break and smile for the camera.

SO fun! That corn on the cob one (the second one) kills me it's so cute!
And yes, Sheldon is one of the better garbage disposal around, so he's lucky he gets enough to eat since Maddy obligingly lets him have his fill. =) She's so good to him!
i liked the "all done"... xander hides at the end of the tub i can't reach due to the sliding shower doors. he's never all done with the bath. I wish you lived closer so we could let the kiddies play together. I'm jealous of sheldon and his mommy...
