Day 1: We went Mount Vesuvius, Pompei, and Erculano (Herculanium).

Day 2: We went to Capri. Stunning!

Riding a tour bus on Capri's only "highway." Our tour bus guide told us the highway is referred to as the "Oh my God" highway because it goes up a very narrow road on the side of a shear cliff. The width of the road is so narrow that the cars come within inches (literally inches!) when passing.
Day Three: We took a scenic drive along the Amalfi Coast. We drove through Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and Maiori.
This is outside of the Emerald Grotto. We took an elevator from the road down to the level of the sea and then took a boat into the grotto, a cave filled with emerald-colored water. The water color is soooo fantastic...so clear...so emerald...so AMAZING! However, the pictures taken inside the grotto didn't turn out as it was too dark in the cave.
Swimming in Maiori. Madelyn loved it! She loved walking in the waves and eating rocks. Lol.
This is the Duomo in Amalfi. Absolutely fantastic.

These pictures are AMAZING!! One question . . . why is Maddy naked in the last couple of pictures?
She looks like she's finally gaining some weight!
Oh, it was blazing hot there. She was in her pajama's (as it was nearing bed-time)but she was just too hot. We had to take her clothes off.

Man its so gorgeous! I wish I could have been there with you guys. Greg seved his mission in Italy and I think it would be so fun to go back with him!
Maddy is a superb traveler it seems. Im not so sure Carson would do so well.
So I think I say it everytime, I am sooo jealous, seriously all of these pics are so beautiful!
